How long a journey is it from the cruise port to London and Heathrow airport?
Depending on the time of the day and traffic conditions:
From Southampton cruise port to Heathrow airport - 90 mininutes and to London - 120 minutes.
From Dover cruise port to Heathrow airport - 120 minutes and to London - 120 minutes.
From Harwich to Heathrow airport - 150 minutes and to London - 120 minutes
What are the methods of payment that are acceptable?

Are the drivers at Mini Van Plus accessible while they are in the airport terminal or driving?
Yes, all Mini Van Plus drivers carry a cell phone at all times.
Will the driver wait while we clear customs?
Yes, the driver will normally wait for over an hour before enquiring at the information desk and check your name with our base office regarding the status. If there is no information about your whereabouts even after another half an hour lapses, he may leave. It is hence advisable to keep us informed in case you are facing delays longer than an hour at the customs clearance desk so as to avoid any delays.
